Use these steps to remove your data from your old device prior to giving the AILA Sit & Play away, returning or sending the device back for a repair or replacement.
1. On the AILA for Parents app, please "Reset AILA Device" (Settings)
2. On the AILA for Parents app, please "Unpair Device" (Settings)
3. Please inform others (grandparents, etc) that have paired to your AILA to do step 2 (unpair device).
4. On AILA Sit & Play, please do a "Factory Reset"
